Keystone Inspection and Testing Services experienced inspectors have worked on numerous projects in the Western Pennsylvania area. Below is a general overview of some of the projects our inspection staff has taken part in.
Our Residential inspectors have inspected well over 100 homes in Armstrong, Allegheny, Indiana and Westmoreland counties. These inspections all range from complete home inspections to partial inspections of a individual system of a home such as the structure, exterior, interior, heating / air conditioning or the electrical panel. Our inspectors have also preformed pre-listing inspections as well as draw (progress) inspections on newly constructed homes.
As the experience of the K.I.T.S inspection team continues to grow we are constantly on call for some of the major commercial fire and liability insurance companies. We get called out to inspect commercial restaurants, buildings, clubs and bars often and respond quickly.
