Qualifications
Keystone Inspection and Testing Services is an insured and bonded company, licensed to practice business in the state of Pennsylvania.
Our Inspectors have multiple certifications in all forms of Civil, Residential and Commercial Inspection services. We are proud members of the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies for over 7 years. This enables us to inspect roadways, highways, bridges, culverts and pipelines, all forms of Civil based construction inspection. We also have active members of the Northeast Center of Excellence for Pavement Technology, which is the most sought after certification in asphalt paving in the Northeastern United States.
Some well-trained inspectors on our staff are also active members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. They have passed the national exams and keep a steady influx of continuing education in all the major aspects of home inspection. This includes certifications from the Department of Environmental Protection to test for Radon in Residential and Commercial properties. Our inspectors have taken extra credit courses in private well testing and roof testing, with more private continued education to come this spring.
We also carry certifications from the American Concrete Institute, enabling our inspectors to test concrete and mold composite strength cylinders for major construction projects.
